Your posting privileges vary with your user class
If you're an Anonymous User you may post comments which are subject to review and edit prior to publishing. The management of the site reserves the right to withhold publishing of any comment submitted by anonymous users.

Once registered, you are no longer an anonymous user. Users who have registered with the site but not yet authenticated their email address (by responding to their registration email) may post comments which are subject to review and edit prior to publishing. The management of the site reserves the right to withhold publishing of any comment submitted by a registered but unauthenticated user.

Users who have authenticated their registration information may publish comments without prior review.

Only registered users may post to the forum. Posts from registered but unauthenticated users are subject to review. Users who have authenticated their registration information may post forum topics without prior review.

Editing Policy
Any and all comments and forum postings are subject to review, edit, or deletion from the site without prior notice. Note that the site editors will make a "best effort" attempt but have no obligation to review or approve comments or forum posts on a timely basis from anonymous or registered but unauthenticated users.

The editors reserve the right to edit the content of a post from any user. If a post is edited, every attempt will be made to preserve the original meaning. If your post is edited and you disagree with the changes or want the edited post unpublished, please contact us. However, in all cases the decisions of the comment and/or forum editors/moderators are final.

Photos/Avatars
When you register you may upload a photo/avatar that will be visible on your user page and any comment or forum postings. Photos/avatars that are judged to be inappropriate will be removed from your profile.

The site's owners, agents, developers, and contractors are not responsible for any visitor posted content and do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any post. Your use of this site means you agree to a "hold harmless" agreement with the site's owners, agents, developers, and contractors.

You agree that you will not use this web site to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative any law.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this site.

Sharing of copyright programs, ways to pirate or crack programs or other illegal activity (not limited to software) is strictly forbidden.

Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. If we determine that removal is necessary we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame.

Any visitor caught in the act of trying to hack or disrupt any of the servers and/or software used on this site will have their access immediately terminated and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

We urge ALL members not to share personal information, including, but not limited to email address, age, address and phone numbers with other site members. The site's owners, agents, developers, and contractors will not be held responsible if you share this information with others.

If you are a registered user, violation of any portion of these terms may result in account revocation without notice or recourse. Every attempt to block violators who are anonymous users will be made.
