Very typical burgundian flavors - 2005 Vincent Giradin Bourgogne Cuvée Saint-Vincent Pinot Noir

Last time I had this wine, I found the acidity overwhelming.

This time, a quick decant seems to have allowed the components to come together.

Very typical burgundian flavors of forest floor, mushrooms, etc and a nice long finish. Very enjoyable bottle in a great vintage. Drink now through 2010.
