Trimbach Gewurztraminer 1999

This is a very nice wine that I paired perfectly with P.F. Chang's Spicy Chicken. While searching for some details on this wine, I found a great description, which I will gladly paraphrase. This wine is fruity to the nose, yet dry on the tongue. It looks like Golden Syrup, yet there is a wonderful lightness to the taste. I recommend you read the full description here.
